Shiv Sena Chief Bal Keshav Thackeray, who was critically unwell for the last few days, died on Saturday.Thackeray breathed his last at 3:30pm, Indian medias reported quoting his doctors.
He died of cardio-respiratory arrest at his home, the doctor, Jalil Parker, said to Reuters.He was 86.
Born on January 23, 1926, Thackeray was the founder and president of Shiv Sena, a hardline party devoted to the India's Hindu nationalist movement.
