Bollywood actress Manisha koirala turning out to be painter!!!!!

May be everyone is thinking that what is Manisha  Koirala doing? Well known actress of Bollywood who also has known for her affairs with different personalities and her political family background.  It must be challenging job for her to stay as a house wife as she just got married with a business man in Kathmandu.

Coping with married life in Kathmandu has been the most challenging role of Manisha Koirala’s career. To make the hours seem less stretched-out, she has taken to painting.

“It all started as just another form of self-expression. When I liked the feel of the brush against the canvas, I decided to get more professional about it,” said Manisha, who married businessman Samrat Dahal in June.

Post-marriage she moved to Kathmandu and now spends a major part of the day at the easel.

In fact, Manisha, 40, has got herself a tutor.

“Can you believe it? My painting guru is from Maharashtra! It’s more than a hobby now. It’s a growing passion. I don’t know where it will take me. But then I’ve always followed my heart,” said the actress who will soon stage her first painting exhibition.

Just back from Goa where she represented her first Malayalam film Electra at the International Film Festival of India, Manisha is hungering to get back to the limelight. 

“I guess once an actor always an actor. I got an overwhelming response to Electra in Goa. It’s a very different role. I had to play a mother and a woman who has an extra-marital affair. I was advised not to do it. But now I am so happy with the way the film has shaped up,” said the actress, who is also persuading the director Shyamaprasad to remake the film in Hindi.

Manisha has recently gifted herself a brand new car.

Shocking portrait of an Afghan woman whose ears and nose were sliced off by her husband as punishment for leaving him, taken by Jodi Bieber for Time magazine, won the top World Press Photo prize on Friday.

Bibi Aisha, an 18-year-old woman from Oruzgan province in Afghanistan, left her husband complaining of domestic violence. A Taliban commander ordered that she face justice and her husband cut off her nose and ears. She now lives in the United States where she had reconstructive surgery. Aisha posed for the Time cover photo because she wanted readers to see the potential consequences of a Taliban resurgence, the magazine said when it was published.

"It's an incredibly strong image. It sends out an enormously powerful message to the world, about the 50 percent of the population that are women, so many of whom still live in miserable conditions, suffering violence. It is strong because the woman looks so dignified, iconic," said Ruth Eichhorn, one of the judges, in a statement. When photographing Aisha in an Afghan women's shelter, "I really wanted to capture the inner beauty," Bieber told World Press Photo when contacted by phone after the jury's decision, according to a press statement

For the awards, an international team of judges selected winners in ten subject areas, including spot and general news, sports, nature, and portraits, for which Bieber's image also took first prize. In each subject area, the judges awarded first, second, and third prizes for both individual photos and photo-essays. This year a "special mention" was given to a series of 12 photos taken by the Chilean miners trapped underground for 69 days and rescued in October.

A record 108,059 pictures were submitted for this year's contest by 5,847 photographers representing 125 nationalities.

“Justin Bieber: Never Say Never”, documentry 3D movie based in justin bieber's life has hit theatres!!!!

Teen Sensation Justin Bieber has come to the entertainment world with his 3D movie : , “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” in February 11  though movie will said to have relase all over the world by April , March of this year. The official movie trailer was released on October 26. The movie is about Justin him self and you will be able to get up close and personal with the 16-year-old star throughout the entire film.

 Justin Bieber is a Canadian Pop Singer who rose to fame after posting his home videos on YouTube. Manager Scooter Braun found Bieber on YouTube in 2008, and ever since, Bieber has been winning the hearts of teenage girls all over the world. Biebers debut single “One Time” was released in 2009.

The 16-year-old has a huge online following both on Twitter and YouTube. Twitter was forced to remove the Justin Bieber hashtag from its trending topics, because it seemed to be trending all the time.

Movie critics expect “Never Say Never” to be a hit no matter how good it actually is, just because of Justin Bieber’s fan appeal. The name of the movie is a bit odd, but the director of “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never”, John Chu explained the title:“It’s from one of his songs, but also the idea of every moment in his life. When he was a kid, some people said, ‘You can’t play the drums,’ and he did. Or, ‘You can post it on the Internet, but no one will see it.’ Then millions of people saw it."

Bieber has made appearances on TV shows in the past, but has never been a star of his own movie. He seems to have a natural acting ability, but we won’t know how he performs on the big screen until the movie is released this coming February.

 Justin in interested in new movies and love to do others in coming days as he got new mentor for him as wills Smith. In an interview “The Smith family's been really amazing to me and supportive in everything I'm doing. Their family's just really nice and good people. He's definitely looking at different scripts for me and trying to develop stuff... I would definitely love to get more into acting and explore that area," said Bieber.

"I just want to be an all round entertainer and... be the ultimate entertainer, whether that's singing, acting, dancing or performing," he said.

According to reports, Bieber has already signed a movie deal with Smith's production company Overbrook, but hasn't confirmed it yet. "No, not at the moment. We're just kind of looking at stuff," he added.

Aamir Khan to be villain n in Dhoom-3 while Hritk Roshan to judge a TV show

It's official!  that superstar Aamir Khan will be the villain in Dhoom:3.

Spearheaded by Aditya Chopra, the movie will be directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya (Victor). Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will continue in their much loved roles of Jai Dixit and Ali. The film will begin shooting end of this year and is slated for a 2012 Christmas release. When contacted, Aamir said, "It is indeed a pleasure to be working with Yashji and Adi again. Dhoom is a great franchise, most entertaining and full of fun. Everytime I hear the theme tune of Dhoom it brings a swing to my step. Victor's script really won me over and I look forward to working with him."

Star of the Dhoom-2 Hritik  Roshan will soon be making his debut on the small screen as a celebrity judge for a dance reality show for which he is reportedly being paid a bomb. As the dance reality shows being a big hit on the small screen, the channel Star Plus is coming up with a show of its own called “Just Dance”. Contestants on this show will not be restricted to India but will come from across the world. And who better than Hrithik Roshan who is known to dancing skills to judge the show! The promos are currently being shot and the show shall start sometime in mid 2011.
