Terence Lewis creates Guinness Book of World Records in Reality show !!!!

Well Known Indian choreographer Terence Lewis broke a Guinness World Record that was made fewdays back in Australia by making 1,336 people dance in unison. The feat was accomplished through Colors’ reality show “Guinness World Record - Ab India Todega”.
The record was broken Saturday at St. Teresa High School, said a source.
The participants were invited through a free of cost registration process, and received a quick one-hour lesson from Terence.

Rob Molly, the designated official from the Guinness World Record, declared the effort as successful.
Terence’s challenge was to break the recent Guinness record of choreographing over 1,235 people, set in Australia.
Actor Shabbir Ahluwalia, who co-hosts “Guinness World Record - Ab India Todega” with Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, was also present to pep up the participants as they danced to the popular song “Jhoom barabar jhoom”.

Terence, 35, has been working in the Indian film industry since long, but received fame when he took on the role of a mentor and judge in Zee TV’s “Dance India Dance”.
Later, he was a participant on “Fear Factor - Khatron Ke Khiladi 3″, and was recently seen as a judge on “Chak Dhoom Dhoom: Team Challenge”.

Despite several false starts, Govinda's daughter Narmmadaa is finally preparing to make her film debut this April. Rumours of Narmmadaa's launch are nothing new and have been making the rounds for several years now, dating all the way back to 2007 when Narmmadaa attended an IIFA function as Salman Khan's guest, prompting ongoing speculation that the superstar, a longtime friend of the family, would play a part in her launch.

Govinda, a star well-known for his superstitious beliefs, has always been cagey about revealing the specific plans for his daughter's film launch. However, he has now confirmed that things are definitely moving ahead and Narmmadaa will star opposite boxer Vijender Singh in a film calledManchali, directed by Lovely Singh.

"It's an out-and-out love story. No sports at all. We waited so long for Nammo's debut because we didn't want her to make the wrong start. We're convinced this is the right project for her. She will have to work hard to prove herself. I just don't want her to struggle the way I did. I'm still struggling."

The protective father is even willing to take a small role in the film to ensure Narmaadaa's debut is a success. "I just want to be there for my own happiness. To watch my child finally face the camera is joyous enough. To be in the same frame as her is double joy. I couldn't have asked for more, " says the proud parent.

It's rumoured Govinda will play Narmaadaa's father in the film, which is due to begin shooting in April "in a small Indian town" according to producers.

Holi( Falgu Purnima) is being celebrated today at hilly region of the country!!!

One of the Greatest festival of Hindu,  Holi also called as falgu purnima is celebrated all over the country today and in some part of Nepal it will be celebrated tomorrow.

Holi is celebrated as a welcoming of Spring, and a celebration of the triumph of good over evil. What that translates to in action is an enthusiastic dropping of inhibitions, as people chase each other and playfully splash colorful paint, powder and water on each other.

People also attend bonfires to commemorate the story of Prahlada, a Hindu figure and devout follower of Lord Vishnu who prevailed over his father and the demoness Holika with the power of his devotion. It is a festival of color. In the season spring we get color so this festival reminds it the season as arrived. We get colorful flowers and plants in spring and that is shown by this color festival.

People get entertained by playing color, throwing each other and throwing water balloons. People celebrate this as a means of harmony. Some times it gets wild these days, while throwing in force to unwanted . People play with water in friend circle and  in neighbour hood. We can buy many powdered color in red/white/pink/green/yellow. Some make black with mobile which is hard to remove later. Young girls are the target to throw such water balloons and color. There is a popular folk newari song speciality of holi festival.

In  Nepal, Holi is regarded as one of the greatest festivals, as important as Dashain and Tihar  Since more than 80% of people in Nepal are Hindus, Holi, along with many other Hindu festivals, is celebrated in Nepal as a national festival and almost everyone celebrates it regardless of their religion, e.g., even Muslims celebrate it. Christians may also join in and Nepal being the country of cultural diversity every one loves it and play it.The day of Holi is also a national holiday in Nepal.

People walk down their neighbourhoods to celebrate Holi by exchanging colours and spraying coloured water on one another. A popular activity is the throwing of water balloons at one another, sometimes called lola(meaning water balloon) Also a lot of people mix bhang in their drinks and food, as also done during Shivaratri. It is believed that the combination of different colours played at this festival take all the sorrow away and make life itself more colourful.
