'The 3 Mistakes of My life’movie gets Gujarati title

After directing super hit musical "Rock On!!", director Abhishek Kapoor will wield the magaphone for his next untitled movie based on the novel "The 3 Mistakes Of My Life" and says it will go on floors this month.
"I have locked the script. We are ready to roll the cameras. We are going on floors from this month (April)," Abhishek told IANS.
The “3 Mistakes Of My Life” is a big screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's bestseller and the author tweeted that the film’s title will be in Gujarati.
Kapoor refused to talke about the star cast and added: "We will make an official announcement soon."
When asked whether he has roped in Prateik to play one of the characters, the director said: "No it's not true."

Kapoor started his career as a director with “Aryan” in 2006, but became a known name after “Rock On!!”, which marked the acting debut of director Farhan Akhtar. Arjun Rampal won his first National Award for his performance in the movie.

"Saw first look posters for the '3 mistakes' movie. Wow! You shall be proud. But @utvfilms won't let me share them yet. Soon I promise," he added.

So far, two of Bhagat's books -- "Five Point Someone" and "One Night @ the Call Center", have inspired films - "3 Idiots" and "Hello" respectively.

“Hello” was released in 2008 but was not such a big success. But "3 Idiots", which talks about the life of three engineering students, went on to become the biggest hit of 2009.
The rights of his last novel "Revolution 2020" have been bagged by UTV Motion Pictures.
