Lindsay Lohan Accused Of Nightclub Assault

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of assaulting a woman in an LA nightclub, only a fortnight after a judge ended her formal probation period.
The alleged incident happened on Thursday according to US gossip website TMZ, although a complaint was not made to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department until Saturday.
Sources told the website that Lohan, 25, got into a disagreement with a fellow party-goer after she made it clear she was not happy with the woman talking to her male friend.
Police sources say they will investigate the claims to see if there is any truth to them.
Lohan's representative Steve Honig said the allegations are false

“Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation, whatsoever," he said.
This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”
Lohan's probation was revoked at the end of March after four years, with the judge telling the Mean Girls star to grow up and stop clubbing.
The Freaky Friday actress responded: "I just want to say thank you, your honour, for being fair. It has really opened a lot of doors for me."
Lohan's once-promising movie career was derailed by years of partying after her 2007 arrest for drink driving and cocaine possession.
She remains on informal probation until 2014 for stealing a necklace last year, although she will not have to report regularly to court and will no longer have to live in LA, as long as she stays out of trouble.
Lohan is preparing to portray Elizabeth Taylor in a TV movie, which starts filming next month. She also has a role in an upcoming episode of the TV musical series Glee.
