Charles Shobhraj is not only famous in Nepal and India but has ruled the world by his unique way of doing murder. He is presently in Jail in Nepal after Nepal Police manage to arrest from kathmandu Few years ago. He was in lime light after a Nepalese girl Nihita Biswas around 40 year younger girls fall in love with him.Bollywood Arun Rangachari recently announced that he has managed to acquire the right of author Farrukh Dhondy's book,The Bikini Murders. Infact he's in the process of making the film and is looking for the leading actor to play Charles Sobraj's character. But seems like the wait is over, because a certain Randeep Hooda is keen to be a part of the film.

But Randeep Hooda does not want to work with Arun Rangachari but with Director Prawaal instead. Prawaal was shaken at the news of Arun Rangachari acquiring rights for the film as he was also planning to make a film on the serial killer.

According to a leading daily, Hooda said, "People who have announced the film don't know who Charles Sobhraj really is. Prawaal, who made 404 and Gayab, has researched this subject for a long time. We announced the film in 2007 when Farrukh was given a notice by Charles' lawyers." According to Hooda, Charles is keen that he sells his own story to the media. He had even sued a leading international publishing house for his unauthorised biography. The actor adds, "Farrukh had himself gone on record to say that his book is not based on Charles. He is fully aware that he will have to pay a large amount of money to Charles if he were to claim that his is the official version.
Looks like there is a little clash as to who will make the movie on Charles Sobraj but it will be very interesting to see Randeep Hooda play Charles Sobraj in his biopic.
