Celebrity Big Brother 2013 Possible Contestants: Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag rumoured

The Hills stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have been linked to Celebrity Big Brother 2013. The duo are rumoured to be in the Celebrity line up for the new series, which starts next month. 

The husband and wife couple both previously appeared on MTV’s The Hills for four years between 2006 and 2010, and have also competed together on the US version of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, along with Heidi’s sister!

Heidi previously revealed she was a fan of the series, tweeting during the latest show earlier this year: “Celebrity Big Brother UK is one of the best shows ever made! Loving the new cast and season!”The pair are certainly no strangers to reality telly, however life in the new CBB house will be a lot different to the Aussie jungle.

It’s been claimed today that bosses have given the new house an ‘ice’ theme, complete with an igloo in the garden.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2013 house resembles a “Swedish ice hotel” it’s been claimed today. The new look Celeb Big Bro house has a true winter feel, with even an igloo in the garden.
Inside and the bedrooms are decorated with fur rugs and blankets while icicles hang down from the rooftops, with bosses giving a eskimo theme to Britain’s most famaous bungalow. A source told the Daily Star: “This is a first for us. We’ve never had an igloo before. “If a couple of celebrities get steamy in there, they just might melt the ice.” 

The newspaper reports that the the kitchen will have a “Scandinavian feel” while the garden will be a luxury get away for the group with a hot tub and a swimming pool. 45 cameras will be filming every inch of every room as always, with all the highlights on Channel 5 every night.

Celebrities lined up for the new series are said to include X Factor’s Rylan Clark, glamour model Katie Price, singer Meat Loaf, comic Justin Lee Collins and model Lacey Banghard.
The Hills’ beauties Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have also both been linked to the upcoming show, as well as soap stars Bruce Jones and Wendi Peters.

Miss USA Olivia Culpo is Miss Universe 2012!

Miss USA, Olivia Culpo has been crowned as Miss Universe 2012 at a gala event in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.Olivia Culpo defeated stunning divas from across 89 states to win the crown. As many as 89 beauty queens from around the world descended to compete for the title of Miss Universe.

The first and the second runners up are Janine Tugonon from Philippines and Irene Esser from Venezuela.

Miss Universe 2011, Leila Lopes of Angola, crowned the successor amidst a round of loud applause.

Miss India, Shilpa Singh could not go beyond the 10th round.

Participants have already completed the evening gown round, the swimsuit competition, the national costume competition and the National Gift Auction. Miss Great Britain 2012, 21-year-old Holly Hale from Swansea, displayed an impressive level of confidence and style in all the segments.

How Contestants are selected?

Typically a country's candidate selection involves a lot of pageants in major cities, with the winners contending in a national pageant, but not always happening. Take this as a mirror for example; in 2000 Australia's national pageant was stopped as a remnant of a bygone era, with Australian delegates instead chosen by a modeling agency. But of course the organization does not permit this one as the pageant is to promote and preserve aura of respectability and competition.

Over a two week period in May and July the main Miss Universe Pageant is held. Previously, in the 1970s through the 1990s, the contest was a month long. This allowed time for rehearsals, appearances, and the preliminary competition, with the winner being crowned by the previous year's titleholder during the final competition.

The Miss Universe contest is more than a beauty pageant: women aspiring to become Miss Universe must be intelligent, well-mannered, and cultured. Most of the times a candidate has not won because she did not have a good answer during the question responses rounds; although this segment of competition has held less weight during recent pageants than it did in the twentieth century. Salman Khan hinted the another sequel of Dabangg, Dabangg 3!!!

Even the second Sequel of Dabang is yet to release Dabangg Salman has hinted to make the another sequel of the Dabangg.After stealing the hearts of the audiences with his rowdy performance as cop 'Chulbul Pandey', Salman Khan hinted on a sequel or more specifically a prequel to the 'Dabangg' saga, if 'Dabangg 2' hits a blockbuster.

"It will be a flashback and portray how Chulbul Pandey became Chulbul pandey," said Khan while promoting 'Dabangg 2' here on Tuesday.

"The third sequel will have Sonakshi (Sinha) and will feature a new girl as well," he said.

The sequel to 'Dabangg' has been directed by brother and debut director Arbaaz Khan.

Speaking on his brother's direction, Salman said," There is a little age difference between me and Arbaaz. So when he used to get angry, I used to say 'Dude you are talking to me'."

"Arbaaz used to reply 'Eh I am talking to my brother and not talking to any bloody star'," added the superstar.

Arbaaz, who is hoping to make a career as a director in the Bollywood film industry wants to work with Salman and outside as well.

"He (Salman Khan) will want me to work outside...I would like to work outside....that's the healthy way to do it," said the debut director.

Salman, who had earlier said it is difficult to make a sequel, told reporters that the result is projected only when the film releases."We have manged it... when the film releases you get to know how good or badly you made the film."

"It's only after Dec 21, we'll get to know whether we are in the right path or whether we have done justice to the earlier film," the superstar told NDTV.
